Within Consultation Manager, Properties are any physical location, often including dwellings and land, associated with an ownership relative to the Stakeholder. All information relating to your Property including details such as Property Name, Address & Property Groups are tracked in this record and viewable through the Workspace.


 


  • Property fields can be modified, added or removed as required should you wish to change what information can be captured on a Property record.
  • Properties can be related to multiple Entities to track relationships, such as Stakeholders, Events and Organisations. 
  • Properties can be manually entered or imported from an existing CSV file. 
  • Properties can be added to Property Groups to categorize your properties and run reports on specific segments. 



Stakeholder Profiles and Relationships:

When viewing a Property record the details of the Property will be on the left side of the screen, on the right is the related records to that Property such as Stakeholders, Events and Organisations.  





Property Groups:

Property Groups allow you to categorize your different Properties and pool them into groups relevant to you, each Property can have one or multiple Property Group tags. Categorizing your Properties through Property Groups allows you to run reports on specific segments as well as better track which groups you are engaging with most.
