How does billing work?
Consultation Manager was built to scale to suit a wide variety of organisations with varying needs. For this reason, we charge you based on the number of records in your system. When starting out, you can choose a record threshold based on your needs.
Consultation Manager is based around annual licence subscriptions. As such, you will be billed annually, 60 days in advance of your contract anniversary date.
Your contract anniversary date is usually when you first get access to Consultation Manager. Your contract anniversary is stated in Schedule 1 of your signed Consultation Manager Terms & Conditions. It can also be found on any Consultation Manager invoice you have been issued.
Should you want to discuss any other billing arrangements, such as paying for multiple years in advance, please get in touch with your Account Manager, or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
What if I exceed my record threshold?
No worries! We will automatically upgrade your subscription to the next record threshold. We will then issue you with a pro-rated invoice from the time that you exceeded your record threshold to your contract anniversary date.
Your next renewal following the upgrade will be charged at the higher record threshold.

All invoices are due 30 days from the date of issue.

Updating Your Billing Information:
Sometimes billing information gets outdated. If this happens to you, simply send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the billing information that needs to be updated.
Where can I get invoices for my Consultation Manager subscription?
You will receive invoices automatically at your chosen billing email address.
You may request a copy of a past invoice by emailing us at email@example.com.
