Most of our clients can automatically begin using Consultation Manager as soon as possible. There are some circumstances, depending on the technical set up of your IT systems, which will need your IT team to whitelist (or mark as safe) some CM elements.
If you and your team are experiencing issues logging in, your IT team may need to verify that our site is allowed through their firewall.
Both yourdomain.api.consultationmanager-preview.com and yourdomain.consultationmanager-preview.com need to be allowed through your firewall for successful log in.
If you are experiencing difficulties downloading attachments or reports from your system, you may need to whitelist CM's document storage: cmpreviewauseast.file.core.windows.net
Receiving emails from your CM system
If your IT system has strict anti-spam configurations, it is possible that some automated emails get caught in those spam filters instead of reaching Users.
To make sure this doesn't happen, make sure the following emails are added to your company's non-spam list:
