Most of our clients can begin using Consultation Manager right away. There are some circumstances, depending on the technical set up of your IT systems, which will need your IT team to whitelist (or mark as safe) some CM elements.


If you are experiencing issues logging in or rendering the user interface, your IT team may need to verify that our site is allowed through their firewall.


Both [yourdomain].api.consultationmanager.com and [yourdomain].consultationmanager.com need to be allowed through your firewall for successful log in.


NOTE: Be sure to update [yourdomain] with your unique system prefix.
